Get and use a Pal Reverser: shops, currencies and surgery
A Pal Reverser changes a Pal's gender at the Pal Surgery Table. The recorded shops sell one for 7 Bounty Tokens at a Bounty Officer or 35 Battle Tickets at the Arena Merchant. It does not undo condensation or refund Pal Souls.
Choose the currency you already have and prepare the table before buying a stack. The current shop-data source has no crafting recipe recorded for the Reverser.

These currencies are different; 35 tickets are not a Gold Coin price and cannot be treated as 35 bounty tokens. Open the actual vendor listing and check item, currency and purchase count before confirming.
Example budget: three Reversers cost 21 Bounty Tokens or 105 Battle Tickets at the recorded prices. That comparison does not say either currency is faster to earn for your save. Use the shop already supported by your progress.
Build the Pal Surgery Table at level 38
The table needs 30 Refined Ingots, 20 High Quality Cloth and 10 Corrosive Solvent. Unlock its technology, construct it inside your base and keep the approach clear so you can interact with it.
The facility handles more than gender changes, including passive-skill procedures. For this task, choose the gender-change operation and its Reverser requirement. Do not select a different implant simply because it appears in the same menu.
Select the intended Pal and verify the change
- Buy or otherwise obtain the Reverser and carry it to your surgery table.
- Put the intended Pal in your party, open the table and select that Pal. Check its identity and current gender.
- Choose the gender-change operation, inspect the required item and confirmation preview, then proceed when they match your intent.
- Open the Pal's details afterwards and verify the new gender symbol. For breeding, verify both partners' symbols before assigning them again.
Check the missing prerequisite without resetting another system
- The vendor will not sell it
- Confirm the correct shop, currency and displayed price. A captured generic wandering merchant is not automatically the Bounty Officer or Arena listing.
- The procedure is unavailable
- Check table unlock, Reverser inventory, selected party Pal and the specific operation's displayed requirement. Match the prompt before spending a different surgery item.
- You wanted to undo an upgrade
- Use the Statue of Power reset for spent Souls. Read the condensation consumption check before using Pals as materials; this medicine is not a recovery tool.
The shop source is a 1.0 export updated July 15, 2026; current table data is marked v1.0.5. A vendor in your save is the final purchase check. No fixed random-salvage acquisition rate is promised here.
